Reptil's token is found by completing Ms. Reptil and Ultimate Ultron must be purchased before starting Free Play as both are needed in the first free Play level. The two characters I used for those abilities are Reptil* and Ultimate Ultron. Upon completion of Story mode there will only be two abilities that you don't have a character unlocked for, they are dig spots and cosmic bricks.
